"Education is Progress". Ballistics Vidyalaya is dedicated to train young minds by imparting education which will prepare them to contribute in nation's progress.

Scholastic Front

New academic session commenced from 6 April,2020 in the online mode. Class wise WhatsApp groups of students were made and the teachers left no stone unturned in coping up with this new system of teaching and learning. Parents and students were apprised about this new system of teaching and learning.

Syllabus for the first periodic test was completed and after revision, it was conducted in the month of August. While the classes I and II had oral assessment, the other classes appeared for written assessment in the form of MCQs.Half yearly examinations ( in September),Periodic Test-2 (in December) and Final examinations (in March)were conducted online in written format. For classes I to VIII the mode of examinations was completely online. For class IX the mode of Final examination conducted in March, 2021 was partially online and partially offline. The first Pre board examination of class X conducted in January 2021 was also conducted on parallel lines like the final examinations of class IX. Final result of classes was posted online on the personal Whatsapp numbers of the students on 31st March 2021.

Co-Scholastic Front

Instilling creativity and polishing talents of the students is an integral part of Holistic personality development. Ballistics Vidyalaya is always committed to provide a suitable platform to its students for enhancing their creative skills.

For developing the artistic abilities, online Art and Craft classes were conducted. To foster creative abilities among the students , project work was assigned to them for the summer vacation period students were encouraged to participate actively in the expression series organised by CBSE like Gandgi Mukt Bharat, Aatm Nirbhar Bharat,e-Raksha competition-2020 at etc.Students also showcased their talents during the virtual celebrations of:

a) National festivals like Gandhi Jayanti and Republic Day
b) Important days- Indian Air Force day (8th October), World Tsunami day (5th November) ,Children's Day (14th November), Human Rights Day (10th December)

Skill Development of Teachers

Ballistics Vidyalaya is empowered by well educated experienced trained and dedicated teaching staff. The principal along with the entire staff is always keen to stay updated by attending various training programs. In this session also amidst Covid pandemic situation that teachers attended nearly 34 online training programs and webinars organised by CBSE.

Sports Corner

It is a well-known fact that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. To realise this saying in true spirit Ballistics Vidyalaya has always gone an extra mile to encourage it students for participating in various sports events. During this session due to pandemic scare only virtual events could be conducted.Fit India week was celebrated with full enthusiasm and vigour. Students were encouraged to do the training in first aid by download downloading FAST App in their mobile phones.
